Project work begins after the scope, deliverables, schedule and payment terms have been agreed in writing. Any changes to the approved scope may affect timing and cost and will be discussed before additional work begins.

Digital products and classes are described on their individual pages. Access is provided after payment is confirmed. Class dates, times and joining information are shown on the relevant listing or sent to the registered email address.
